Hoke County Regional WASTEWater Treatment Plant

LL&J provided quality control oversight during construction of a 16-MGD regional wastewater treatment facility. Responsibilities included daily and weekly inspections, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with approved plans and specifications.
Bladen Bluffs Regional Surface Water Treatment Plant

LL&J oversaw construction quality control for a 4-MGD water treatment facility designed to support industrial operations and regional public water systems. The project included ongoing inspections and compliance monitoring throughout construction.
Natural Gas Distribution Line
